JAKARTA - Japanese production sharing contractor Inpex has submitted a plan of development for Masela block to BPMIGAS, Head of BPMIGAS, R. Priyono said at the sidelines of Indonesia Petroleum Association's 32nd convention and exhibition in Jakarta on Thursday (05/29).
"Inpex has submitted the Masela PoD to us. BPMIGAS is evaluating the plan," Priyono said.
Gas reserves at Masela block in Timor Sea is estimated at 10 trillion cubic feet. The substantial deposit was judged from the drilling of several delineation wells. Inpex owns 100 percent stake in the block. ***
